Policies
Appointments:
All detailing services are by appointment only. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to cancel appointments after a 15-minute grace period if we are unable to begin service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $30.
Weather Policy:
As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather that prevents safe or effective detailing. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, and all major credit/debit cards. At this time, checks are not accepted.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to make it right.
Personal Belongings:
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. Diamond Finish Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any lost or forgotten belongings.
